  VGP – The Government has issued Resolution No. 16/NQ-CP on fees for quarantine, diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19. So, You need to note before applying for   Vietnam visa .   1. Foreigners and Vietnamese residing abroad if not subject to concentrated quarantine shall have to bear COVID-19 diagnosis expenses after entering with  Vietnam visa . The above regulation shall not be applicable to members of high-ranking diplomatic delegations, foreign investors, business managers, experts and guested invited by Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Government bodies and Chairmen of Provincial People’s Committees.
